Seventeen slate-lined pools connected by geometric red wooden walkways wind through a narrow ravine of temperate rainforest. Designed by Germán del Sol, the complex is a masterpiece of architecture harmonizing with nature. Steam rises from the pools while the Tabón River runs below.

The route passes through the lakeside towns of Panguipulli and Coñaripe.
